Reaching the narrow Forcella di Riofreddo (notch) a shining world towards south and west opens. On the other side of Val Rio del Lago / Jezerska dolina there's the Kanin massif. This is its eastern part with Cernelski vrsici and Lopa. Here we can see how huge the massif is. The plateau lies some 1500m above the valley and summits are rising only some 300m above it.
