Nelson and Andy contemplate how to tackle the rock step and the crux of the climb. The small section of rock, about 3/4 of the way up the couloir was easy to negociate with a little care and some patience. Some feel better roping up for this small section, as a fall could be bad news. The rock step is behind me and for some reason I didn't think to get a shot of this section. May 6, 2006
