Craig on the approach to Leaning Tower. After some aid climbing in the morning it started to rain so we put on our parkas and did some route reconnaissance by hiking up to the base of Leaning Tower. We went up and down different routes but both through large boulder fields. I can't imagine doing this with a full haul bag at the moment but I'm guessing that will become all too real soon enough ;-) April 12, 2003.
