This is the key point where you leave the dirt road and start walking northwest on the GR11 trail. Stay on this side of the river (not seen in the picture, it runs close to the dirt road to the left) and leave those to your left in order to enter the valley between the mountains. The green summit seen in the background is Iturrumburu (1314 m)
