Midnight Dome, the Yukon River,  and the George Black Ferry
The George Black is a free ferry that runs 24 hours a day connecting West Dawson, site of the Dawson River Hostel and the Territorial Campground, with Dawson City. It operates from the third week in May until mid-October. The prominent bare spot visible on Midnight Dome is the Moosehide Slide.
