Polfilter Working Principle
Polfilter working principle:

An object (mountain) emits non-polarizsed light. Aerosols between the object and the camera add polarized stray light which appears like a grey veil on your shots. A polarizer picks out the polarisation in which least of the stray light can be found to obtain a quasi-original picture
