Chute above Meysan Lake [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Chute above Meysan Lake
A gorgeous ribbon of absolutely perfect neve rising above Meysan Lake to the Mallory-LeConte plateau. It rose for at least 700' according to the topo, and topped out just at the plateau.

This was the chute just to the south of the East Ridge of Mallory.

DebAh ha!

This is the chute Blair and I climbed up to summit Mallory. We were barely able to squeeze along side the frozen snow/ice and stay on tallus - sometimes Class 3 to escape ice and large loose blocks. Very thrilling! Good shot.
