Water in Cove Canyon [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Water in Cove Canyon
Below 9000', Cove Canyon typically has running water, with an abumdance of flowers and very thick, nasty brush. We found ourselves walking down the stream as the only clear path; then we had to crawl under brush and in the water, then we decided to punch out through the brush and climb back onto the north Cove Ridge, gaining a gratuitous 700' on steep talus slopes.
