Yes, this pile of rocks (which hides a register) is located at the actual highest point found in Kane County. The trees behind are in neighboring
Iron County. Not very exciting but to find this spot, you feel like you are trying to find buried treasure. My GPS made finding this spot much easier.
Kudos to Andy Martin who did the research and studied maps to find this exact spot and then went out into the field and found it.
