When you see these two rounded seracs and the scree hill on the right, you're very close to the summit. The altitude where this photo is taken is at about 7475m.
On the scree hill you'll find the first false summit of Muztagh Ata. You can either go there first and then cross the plateau, or go towards the lowest point and continue straight to the summit.
