There are quite a lot of crevasses in the Lenin icefall. Sometimes they are bridged with ladders, sometimes jumping or climbing over them are the options.
Here's a group of climbers carefully helping each other out. The snowbridge where the ladder is standing is very unstable and the snowfall is increasing.
