Thanks everyone!

This was a lucky shot. I stolled off from camp to an area where I knew there was a good view. (Camp was off to the right, closer to that ridge.) It was completely foggy but I took a chance on the weather gods, set up my tripod, and waited. On some evenings it just gets dark, but that night the clouds opened for a few moments and I was rewarded with this view.

Thanks. It was strange to watch it happen. I was still in fog, at first just a glow appeared, slowly getting brighter until the forms of the peaks were visible. My heart was pounding, and not from the altitude!
