it seems some people go over the top and downclimb this. I like to make an easy traverse in from the shoulder visible on the right (climber's left), avoiding the upper downclimb.

now that I've done both routes (downclimb and traverse) I actually recommend the more standard downclimb from the top. it's fun, fairly secure, and short.
