My brother is on the edge. This is taken at Kjeragnasen and it is about 1000 meter down to the Lysefjord

Voted 10/10 | Hi, this is another great shot. From where was it taken? Here is a topographic map for your reference.
Thanks.. | | Posted Jul 16, 2003 8:50 am |

This is a picture taken at Kjerag...it is called Kjeragnasen (nase is the Norwegian word for nose). You can understand why when you see this part from the side :-)

Voted 10/10 | Yeah, I've hiked to Kjeragbolten, then over to the place from where the base jumpers leap, but I don't remember seeing Kjeragnasen. Where is Kjeragnasen on the topographical map?
Looks like a great spot. Unfortunately poor weather kept us from doing as much exploring as we wanted.
Thanks,

Kjeragnasen is located a couple of hundred meters from the Kjeragbolten towards the fjord. If you are looking at the Kjeragbolt you have to walk towards the fjord on the right hand side.

Voted 10/10 | I sat on the edge of the Stawamus Chief with nothing but 600m of air beneath me and I thought that was scary... shots like this always blow my mind. Great work! | | Posted Nov 9, 2004 1:08 am |
