I have trouble believing that is a wild horse. The only wild horses I've seen wouldn't let you come anywhere near them.

Guess you would have had to have been there. He went right up to it and knew how to talk to the horse, he grew up with lots of horses. There are hundreds of wild horses out there in the Corn Creek Community, if you come to Vegas I recommend doing a hike out in the area. Thanks for the vote!

Pretty amazing!

My sister lived in Minden, NV for a while and there were lots of wild horses near her house, but they were very, very leary of people. It was a blast to see them.

Yeah, it is amazing. I saw some along the trail on the way back. They look at you but don't go off on the other direction in a rush. I wouldn't have been able to do what my friend did. You saw in the trip report, when I went to try and hold on to the same horse my friend just got to come to him, I lost control. It made it a fun memorable hiking trip.
