Meadow Mountain fungus [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Meadow Mountain fungus
Just in time for Halloween: this pumpkin-shaped fungus bid me hello on the overgrown and abandoned Meadow Mountain Trail about a mile west of Saddle Lake. My poles are there for scale. Anyone know the exact species of this fungus? Sept. 30, 2006.
