Great leadership! [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Great leadership!
Tim was our outing leader, and a real help in difficult or problematic areas. Here he and Meleah are discussing a way to descend off the granite slabs. Meleah had less experience than the rest of us on this sort of terrain, North Trapper was her first climb of real difficulty, and while overall she did very well, this part of the descent made her a bit uncomfortable. Tim did a great job of helping her work through it—and she did an equally great job of listening to him, and taking it one move at a time. Way to go Meleah!

This is a great shot. I love the colors of the rock with the climbers looking at the route
