Ebbetts Peak

Ebbetts Peak, 9,160 feet, near Ebbetts Pass on the border of the Stanislaus & Toiyabe National Forests, CA. I started to climb it but got thwarted by very strong winds. There appears to be a flag of some sort flying from the top.
