Yes, isn''t it? Actually it''s quite hard to photograph as you are too close to the walls. You need a very wide angle lense

Sas de Pütia or Sass da Putia - who kows how it is spelled? I'm always fascinated by the Ladinian names, they look and sound so strange. Actually the "small cottage" underneath the walls is the two story Gömaalm - it makes you reflect about the significance of us human beings

The color and texture of Peitlerkofel / Sas de Pütia are reflected in the two wooden stuctures in the foreground.
ie: roof shakes.

To me this makes the difference between just another pretty picture and somthing much greater!

Thanks - I'm happy about the picture myself. However, this was the only spot from which I was able to catch both mountain and huts - with two 18mm shots which I later stitched into this "panorama". I had to fight a lot to squeeze everything into the frame ;-)
