What an event that must have been when half of Gilpen Peak collapsed and laid itself across the basin. Very interesting mosiac of color and texture. Tremendous shot Bob!

You know, Tim, I'm glad you pointed that out. I never saw that before even though I really like this shot. I guess I've been guilty of missing the mountain for the summit, silly as that may sound. Thanks for helping me appreciate this great mountain in a new way.
