This shows the condition of the rimaye on the north flank of the Ag. du Tour. The normal route (east flank/north east ridge) crossed this on the far end for the way up, and followed on the snow the ridge seen at the back on the left. For the way down, the route went to the other side of the rimaye and a rappel was necessary to sort this then big crevasse. The summer 2003 season was very hot and the conditions were not very good.
