Me drowning with awe in the heart of The Wave on July 5, 2003. The rock was firm but tended to be crumbly along the raised strips of each strata (what my left foot is standing upon). This made it difficult to climb on since all my fingerholds would crumble away. But that doesn't matter. It's not for climbing on anyway.

"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."   --Ernest Hemingway
