Walking up Loafer ridge [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Walking up Loafer ridge
Here Curtis and Jameson are starting up Loafer ridge from the saddle at the top of Mud Hollow. The peak of Loafer Mountain is directly ahead, and the bowl between Loafer and Santaquin (where we got bogged down in deep powder) is to the left. We followed the ridge from the saddle (where this picture was taken) straight up until we hit 10,000 feet. At that point we turned left and entered the trees.
