Shirley hiking out along the base of Kingfisher Tower in early 2006 when we got snowed off of it (Northeast Ridge, III-IV 5.8 C2). Jim Beyer's scarefest Death Of American Democracy (V 5.10 A4 X...in full resolution, you can see the first belay anchors) climbs this face to the summit (early spring 2006).

Voted 10/10 | You have to have some serious "guts" to knock that one off, or even try, and no way I could climb that. You guys are hard core!

Hasn't voted | Scott,
thank you very much for the kind words! But, the Northeast Ridge line on this one is not bad at all. It's a small step above the Stolen CHimney line I think. Mostly bolt ladders (with most of the HW being new). The crux pitch has a few C2 placements but is short and by the time I was really scared, it was over. I'd like to put a page up for this tower but just have not had the time to write it up.
Thank you again Scott & take care.
