Voted 10/10 | Great picture Dean. We were on Middle Sister at the same time you took this picture, but didn't have much of a view of Jeff because clouds hung on it all day. Must of been a brief clearing. If you liked South, you gotta do Middle......even better views and no crowds! Hasn't voted | Hi Tom and thanks on the comment. I'd love to do Middle Sister (after getting the county highpoints) and it is on my tick list. Here is the info on our north ridge effort:
rfbolton and I did the north side to capture the Marion county highpoint this past saturday and it was a full day. The rockfall on the north side is too nasty at this late in the season to summit and Bob will be doing going for the summit this coming weekend while I'll have to do it later on. | | Posted Aug 12, 2003 8:44 am |
