Ascending E side of N Ridge, Forbidden Peak [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Ascending E side of N Ridge, Forbidden Peak

Mike Woodmansee and Don Slack ascend our “shortcut” to the crest of Forbidden Peak's North Ridge. We could have walked the Boston glacier a little farther north to the almost-hidden snow ramp in the background at upper-right, but hey, that would have taken us farther from the summit, and this rubble is so efficient, compared to walking the solid, scenic ridge crest!

The Lat/Long shown is from Topozone, and should be a very close approximation of our actual location.
