Sun pillar from Camp Nido [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Sun pillar from Camp Nido
As the day came to an end at Camp Nido on Aconcagua we were treated to the most brilliant sunset I have seen in my life. The whole sky bled red that night. This is the true unfilltered colour we saw

It was a night I will not forget, the red colour enveloped the entire sky, even over our heads. I video taped it for about 10 minutes as it continued to get redder and redder.
