Fisher Ridge [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Fisher Ridge
The ridge in the distance is the divide between the Fisher and Farnham basins and Parker Canyon. The nub on the left is Fisher Peak (7580), the broad section is the second highest elevation in the Idaho Selkirks (7682) and the hump at right-center is the high point (7709). Its interesting that for all the spectacular glacially carved terrain in the Selkirks, the high points are uninteresting, rounded humps. The view looks east across Parker Canyon from Parker Ridge.
