Snow Moon Lake rests just below Falling Leaf Lake (just behind the rock rib and out of view). Allen Mountain rises in earnest above. A Class 3 & 4 climb, Allen Mountain offers a spectacular view of Glacier National Park and is regarded as a favorite among Glacier Mountaineering Club members. Summer, 2006.
