Bergersee [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Bergersee
Bergersee lake (2182m), 800m above the Virgental valley is probably the most visited lake of the Group because of its nice hut and the fine view to the higher mountains of the other side of the Virgental valley. The glacier mountain on the left is Weissspitze (3300m), directly above the hut are Hoher Eichham (3371m, with sun) and Wunspitze (3219m, the sharp one in the shadow). More to the right are Saulkopf (3209m) and Rauhkopf (3070m) that both can be climbed on marked routes. (August 1985)
