Polhograjsko hribovje (Polhov Gradec hills) are the very south-eastern outpost of Julian Alps. This picture has a little mountaineering value, even if in these hills there is a dense network of hiking paths. But the area is nice and the picture of Julian Alps and Slovenia is incomplete if you look only at the highest mountains. Here we stand just below the altitude of 1000 meters. December 23rd, 2006.
