The trail goes directly through this fallen tree, a Giant Sequoia. Imaged while my son, Curtis, and I were backpacking in Redwood Canyon, Kings Canyon National Park, CA. Imaged in June 2003. (And, yes, I carry a lot smaller backpack now!)
