Thank you. There were two marmots on the summit. I think I spent almost an hour up there with them.

Thanks Mark. Your photo of a marmot is great also and it is wonderful that you appreciate animals.
There was another marmot with me on top of the mountain that day and his coat was brown just like the one of your marmot. They were both fun and weren't afraid of me too much.

Thanks Josh. It is definitely one of my 2006 favorites. He was one of my two marmot companions up there. The other one had a dark brown coat and was beautiful also. They are a good memory. They didn't want any food from me. In fact, they grazed on grass and flowers on the summit as I sat by them.
