The fog sometimes brings amazing sense of depth into the mountain views. That's why I liked this shot - even though there are two or three close-up photos of the summit block on SP already, they look very flat, almost perspective-less.
Also, the ridge curves to the right there. Therefore, to capture both sides of the summit block, one needs to drop off to the East a bit, over some iffy terrain. Few photographers do it. | | Posted Jan 29, 2007 4:50 pm |
