The view from Slavkovska vyhliadka/Slavkovska viewpoint (1558 m), the first point in the trail to the summit of Slavkovsky stit (2452 m), when you find yourself on the ridge. The view opens towards Prostredny hrot (2440 m) on the left and its SE crest of Kostoly (Churches). The dominating peak looming above Mala studena dolina (Small cold valley) on the right is Lomnicky stit (2632 m). There is a variety of trails and routes all around and accommodation as well. The nearest hut is just (accesible by car) is some 15 minutes downwards of me!

Voted 10/10 | I have just started getting to know Slovakian Tatras. Up to now there were:route from Biela skala to Banikove sedlo(I was amazed by Radove Skaly),Siroke sedlo w Belanskich Tatrach and Zabia bielovodska dolina Next year there will be next routes .I think your beautiful pictures of Tatras will help me to choose proper route | | Posted Nov 1, 2007 11:21 am |

Hasn't voted | Hi Wlado, thank you for your kind response. Well, if you plan something in slovak Tatras, don't hesitate to ask me for any help. I've got variety of plans from half day hike to extremely strenous ascents in Tatras - whole my life will not be enough to make them all true. Voted 10/10 | Thanks Tomas .Winter isn't suitable season for me as I didn't have proper clothes or other winter gears.I like Mountains especially in summer ad autumn colours
