Picnic Shelter at Oak Mountain State Park
There are several of these shelters built around the park. This shelter, along with several of the major trails that run through the park, was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. Unfortunately, this shelter near the trailhead to the summit has been heavily marked with graffiti.
