I thought so too when I led it, but there are some other 5.7,s hidden in Josh that are even worse, though this'un sure is a kicker.

Yup, it was Parisa and my first route in Jtree and I figured a 5.7 would be a nice warm-up. I had no clue, but it seems the stiff grades are considered normal there. Will know for next time! ;)

We also did the 5.7 Bypass Overhang which was a bit more manageable, but still on the hard side of anything I've done at that level. I guess I just need to get better :)

Is that why it´s called double cross--- harder than it looks?

I think I noticed two crossed cracks on the route which I guess is where the name came from. I could be convinced by your suggestion too, though :)
