The tongue of Europeans...
The tongue of Europeans biggest and longest (24 km) glacier (Aletschgletscher) underneath "Aletschwald", a forest with the eldest trees of Switzerland. Some arves are of age more than 800 years. In the background are the "Walliser Fiescherhörner" (Schönbühlhorn, 3.854 m, Wannenhorn 3.905 and 3.707m).
