MarkDidierBeen There!

Voted 10/10

I hiked out to this spot in late April this year! Long story, but I mostly did this hike out of curiousity. Someday I want to hike out to the AT via Miry Ridge and come back Greenbrier Ridge. It would be an insanely long day 20 mile day - but I heard the views are great.

It's beautiful country, all right.

You're right, your proposed route would be a long day. Don't do it if it's humid.

There's a good camp just below Dripping Springs. You could use that and avoid AT shelters.
