north side of Thunderbolt Peak [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
north side of Thunderbolt Peak
This is picture of the north side of Thunderbolt peak and the Thunderbolt glacier taken August of 2005. The NE Couloir arises from the left of the photo and the N Couloir is in the center. The high point of the photo is the lightning rod - the true summit is hidden behind. Also notice bergstrom is open on the N Couloir - in late season passing the berg can be the crux of the climb.
