I think Michal is asking us for guidance as to whether he's at the right spot to set up a belay. We have no idea.

I think Michal found a pin at this point, which, based on a marked-up photo at MountainProject, is in fact the belay station he's looking for (judging by the shape of the roof above him, the route goes straight up from where he is). But if I remember correctly, Michal was convinced he needed to go further right, which he did, eventually finding another fixed pin.
