Incredible, haunting and enchanted, Precipice Peak (13,144 ft) is seen presiding over its solitary kingdom of the Cimarron Range from Courthouse Mountain. The interesting and unlikely route up this mountain starts in the trees (lower right), traverses out of view above timberline, passes through some spires (barely seen poking above the right ridge line), and on up over the secondary to the primary overhanging summit.
