Delivery Room (5.5), a good jam/chimney route near the downstream end of the Romeo's Ladder crag at Great Falls Park. The hardest part may be getting started; the bottom (not shown but just a few feet below what is shown here) smoothes out, and it is tricky to find good purchase for the feet.
