Mister V! The Cascades' vast array of species
of lilies is out of this world. I miss seeing
Avalanche & Tiger Lilies on my hikes! All I
see here in AZ are: cactus & rattlesnakes.

I am constantly amazed by the lush variety of the Northwest. It feels like the tropics sometimes - giant ferns and lillies everywhere.
The desert has a special something, too - a clean feeling I think I've heard it called somewhere.
Glad you liked the flower.

Yes, it's clean after a summer's rain.
But, I still miss those mountain goats and
tiger lilies! Take care, Mr. V !
