I haven't been to the Virgin Islands in over twenty years. I didn't know Tortola was so heavily populated. Also, I never saw it rain when I was in the US Virgin Islands.

That's interesting. I got absolutely poured on the previous day in St. Thomas. Tortola was more of a pesky drizzle. But it was just an AM thing both days with bright sunshine during the afternoon. Thanks for checking out the page.
