Magnificent Torreys Peak. [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Magnificent Torreys Peak.
Taken on a leisurely jaunt up Kelso Ridge in the spring-time. Did not make the summit due to late start, but rewarded with this fantastic photo in the early morning. Dead Dog couloir is the prominent, vertical snowline right in the center, with Kelso ridge extending down and right from the summit.

25 March 2006.

I'll have to go and see what settings I used in photoshop to desaturate the photo. It was early morning with a deep, dark blue and cloudless sky. Thanks for the compliment.
