View up mountain from near the end of the trail. Ascend the bottom snowfield or rocks to the left to a saddle at approx. 10,000' (end of bottom red line). There are several flat spots immediately below the saddle with good tent sites. Late season when the snow is gone I'm not sure this is still true. There were several nice dirt tent platforms climber's right of the trail just above 9k feet.
