Climbing up the final upper heather and rock of the Northeast Ridge of Triumph. This section is sort of a gully between the Northeast Ridge and the apex of the East Face. It's sort of a transition zone. This wasn't that hard to climb up. Climbing down it--especially in rock shoes--we did not look forward to, so we decided to rappel down the Northeast Ridge's upper buttress instead.
