Snowshoe Peak via Snowshoe Lake Route [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Snowshoe Peak via Snowshoe Lake Route
Best route to Snowshoe Peak via Snowshoe Lake. The trickiest part is the steep exposed gully. I've seen it filled with snow as late as August.

My buddies and I climbed up that way in july and it was one of the scariest climbs iv done with no cramp ons or axes. we just sharpened some sticks and made our way up. but we came down a different way that was alot easier. it was more to the left of the gully. it was late july 2008.
