We were so happy (and scared at times) to have the entire 45 mile loop all to ourselves. The only time we saw people was when you hit the river. Which, in a way, was nice, because things got pretty crazy trying to find our way up Garnett canyon in the middle of the night, and we even considered going for help back down at the river in the morning.
